Exporting Uranium enriched in U235 and its compounds; plutonium
and its compounds; alloys, dispersions (including cermets),
ceramic products and mixtures containing uranium enriched
in U235, plutonium or compounds of these products allows for significant margin optimization. The India-UAE CEPA agreement reduces the import duty from 5.0% to 0.0%, offering a direct 5.0% cost saving. Additionally, exporters can claim 0.7% under RoDTEP.

- Certificate of Origin: Required to claim the 0.0% duty rate. Apply via DGFT.
- Packing List: Net & Gross weight must match BL.
